The Priory Rooms’ Ann-Louise Rowlands, Conference Support Executive, is half way through her NVQ journey with Hospitality Industry Training (HIT). Ann-Louise is doing tremendously and recently shone during a Speaking and Communication Assessment.

She received glowing feedback from her Speaking and Communication Assessment when she delivered a presentation about Customer Service to colleagues. Her assessor praised that she had “shown clear understanding and research….spoke clearly and presented information well…excellent active listening skills….you should be really proud”

The Priory Rooms Manager Andrew Callan is very proud of how Ann-Louise is gaining a credible qualification whilst applying the experience practically to the business.
