We have ten versatile meeting rooms that can accommodate between 2 and 210 delegates, including the Main Meeting House, George Fox Room, William Penn Room, Elizabeth Fry Room, Lloyd Room, Margaret Fell Room, Southall Room, Sturge Room, Reading Room, and Pamela Williams Room.

How much does it cost to hire a meeting room at The Priory Rooms?

Is The Priory Rooms wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The Priory Rooms is fully accessible. The Main Meeting House and Lower Lobby rooms are on the ground floor, and the Upper Lobby rooms on the first floor are also fully accessible.

Is parking available at The Priory Rooms?

Yes. Visitors can use the adjacent B4 Car Park at a discounted rate of £15 for up to 10 hours or £22.50 for up to 24 hours. Register your vehicle registration at reception on arrival to apply the discount. We also have electric vehicle charging points on site.

Yes. The Priory Rooms is a not-for-profit venue. A proportion of trading profits are donated to the Central England Quakers to support community projects. Surplus food is also donated to Let's Feed Brum, a local charity supporting the homeless.

To make sure we aren’t wasting a single kilowatt, we use an advanced Building Management System to carefully optimise our heating and cooling across all nine of our meeting spaces, dramatically cutting down our energy consumption. Furthermore, we were among the very first locations in Birmingham city centre to install electric vehicle (EV) charging points, helping your delegates travel cleaner.

2. Closing the Loop on Waste

Every event involves food and resources, but we work tirelessly to ensure ours don’t end up in a landfill.

Zero Food Waste to Landfill: Any leftover, surplus food from your event lunches is packaged up and donated directly to the local homeless charity Let’s Feed Brum. Whatever food waste is left over is sent off to be converted into clean, green energy.
Rainwater Harvesting: Yes, even our plumbing is eco-friendly. We collect and store rainwater right here on-site, which we use to flush our toilets and keep our tranquil courtyard garden looking beautiful.

We partner closely with local suppliers to dramatically cut down our food miles and source local, fresh produce wherever possible.
