The Priory Rooms offers a superb space for holding meetings and conferences and delivering training. Staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Facilities are very good, modern and user friendly, the environment is well maintained and spotlessly clean. I particularly enjoyed the supply of good quality freshly ground coffee. Lunch was consistently great. The space is relaxing and very productive. I spent four days training here and enjoyed every minute.
Attended a day conference here with my work team. The building was clean and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We were provided with refreshments throughout the day, snacks and lunch. All were delicious, especially the warm croissants we were welcomed with in the morning and the homemade chicken kebabs skewers at lunch time!
Excellent venue in the heart of Birmingham. Close to Snow Hill Rail Station, a tram stop, and bus routes. I went to a regional conference of the Cooperative Party. The place has all the facilities for modern meetings and conferences, it's fresh and comfortable, the staff are welcoming and helpful.
The customer service in this place has been outstanding!! I would like to take a moment to appreciate Julie on reception. She was amazing to deal with, I had an issue Charging my electric car and she sorted it and when I couldn’t find the car park she walked a good 5 minutes to meet me and direct me to the conference hall. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to hold a meeting centrally - thank you again
